Download/Installation

You may download a zipped version and install it manually. The latest releases are tested with the aviary nightlies only.

  1. Unzip the archive to <nvu base dir>/chrome/
  2. register the new extension:
    1. close all N|Vu instances
    2. open <nvu base dir>/chrome/installed-chrome.txt and add the following line at the end of the file: content,install,url,resource:/chrome/htmlheader/content/htmlheader/
      locale,install,url,resource:/chrome/htmlheader/locale/en-US/htmlheader/
  3. restart N|Vu

Done. uninstalling is done the same way, however you may need to delete some automaticly generated files which i am not aware of which yet (any help appreciated).
